  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): where processing is necessary for a contract or pre-contractual measures.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): where processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests.

In so-called server log files, the host collects the following data that your browser transmits automatically:

5Appointment booking (Microsoft Bookings)

When you book an appointment, the following data is processed:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • The selected appointment or service
  • Any further information you provide

Processing takes place to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Under the EU Data Boundary, Microsoft processes the data primarily on servers within the EU. In individual cases, a transfer to third countries (in particular the USA) may nonetheless occur and is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) is in place with Microsoft.

6Getting in touch

When you contact us by email, the information you provide is stored in order to process your enquiry and to clarify any follow-up questions.

Processing takes place on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If a contract is concluded, invoices and the correspondence relating to that contract are stored until the tax retention period expires.

If no engagement comes about, offers and correspondence are deleted after 6 months.

Notes from my consultations and workshop preparations are retained beyond the statutory retention period, until revoked, for statistical analysis in order to ensure the best possible quality of my services.

This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website. These cookies do not store any personal data and are deleted once your browser session ends.
